I’M FADING

 

I’m fading, barely breathing 

the truth is not concealing 

a noose on my neck or the guillotine 

the world lacks care

I’m fading but you will never know 

the world has put me on a dire spot 

every piece of my cake they want to have 

not minding none left 

I’m fading but with a style 

all pain hidden behind my smile

none care if I’m hemorrhaging  

“just give” they plead in between

I’m fading, no one to the rescue 

they ignore that I’m also flesh and blood 

insatiable leeches laced at my back 

maybe until my soul extinguish

I’m fading, almost gone 

the world has no memory, so run 

till you are no more, nobody cares 

someone else will take your bed
