BROKEN SORROW

 

her life is in shambles as she dab 

tears flowing down in a rapt 

her lips trembling 

as her mouth keep murmuring 

it’s so sad that all has come to a waste 

a sorrow she never imagined she’d taste  

broken as she buries her head in her lap 

both lips smack together to make a clap 

life happens to everyone in random 

the world determines who stays in stardom 

sometimes, this breath feels like a curse 

and something else much worse 

a sorrow broken, broken sorrow 

no glimmer of hope for tomorrow 

life decides to tear her apart 

with no signs, no former alert 

she, a continuous tragic being 

everything bestowed on her can be seen 

Lord knows why such fate for a beautiful soul 

her world has always been cold
