BLINKERS

 

it’s conspicuously stares in our faces 

having a clear cut knowledge of the mazes 

a respecter of no one 

derives joy when people mourn 

it comes incognito 

leaves families trembling on their toes 

their sadness invoke him happiness 

plotting whose soul will be next 

hades is his castle 

he counts it joy when he wrestles in battles 

he sucks not and weary 

his mission is to see everyone go teary 

he boldly sits on his throne sipping mourner’s tears

derives joy taunting you through nightmares 

when he’s coming for your soul, there are blinkers 

you need to be spiritually strong, else you will just be a mere over-thinker

our guts comes from spirituality

a battle we cannot wager and win physically 

stay true to the God you serve unopposed

you will be triumphant in any battle you pose
