BLURRY HOPES
it’s just too cold
temperature of my heart so bold
the world no longer resonate with my stance
I wish they never exited if there were any chance
those we love and believed in
they had high hopes in life’s scenes
death crept in and called them to glory
all hopes lost, dashed and blurry
our hearts were full of sores
we cried, even water gushed out from our sweat pores
none to comfort, none to hold
we stood still in blacks, their graves to behold
lingering, their memories quavers
our once upon a time lovers
“gone too soon” ought not to be soon
we live through the day and hope for the moon
tell me what’s worst than worst
even coated metal will someday rust
a lullaby to lure us to sleep
so easily will death penetrate while we’re asleep
a charade for our hearts to mellow
even if our heads falls down below via the gallows
beckon on me when you need a shoulder
I might be left with a bottle of vodka
this is a nightmare in broad daylights
this is our burden, our plights
we hope someday the messiah will show forth
a concocted fallacy, humanity at fault
