I'm haunted

I'm alive but I'm haunted 

by the ghost of my ex'

breaking my innocent defences

why blame me for our departures?

I'm not exempted, I caused lots of hurts 

some hearts I broke 

I'm guilty of the choke 

others, I was a victim 

some of you damaged me beyond reasoning 

my once upon a time innocence was battered

my heart torn, scattered and left tattered

I've cried and cried till tears fall no more 

I've grieved, my existence is no longer pure

See, I have nothing left to offer 

I've grieved, made restitutions and suffer

say your farewells and let me be

my sanity is at stake, I need to heal
