THE HEALER

Life is a great healer 

but a lousy beautician 

gives you the perfect radiant skin

later leaves you pale and wrinkled 

Time is a sure comforter 

eases all your pains as it goes

time will heal everything they say

but guess what? time will kill everything

Love reveals itself to us perfectly 

but our desires defines it otherwise 

then it either makes you or mar you

then you become broken/happy till eternity

Memories gives bitter-sweet pills

makes you either brooding or forever smilling

memories they can't be erased

but Alzheimer's plays a fast one on us
