JUST LIKE THE MOVIES

 

we believed so much in this feelings 

this mutuality like it was everything 

compared to breathe, we were inseparable 

love felt like perfection at its peak 

but we were mistaken 

love is just a mirage 

a fallacy laced with brainwashing content 

we were fools, I hope you know 

our hearts beats as one, lol gross stupidity 

we felt strong bond and connectivity 

our pulse synchronizes when we kiss 

a foolish and stupid persons we were 

all nights I dreamt of you were just a waste 

hours I could have been productive just wasted 

nightmares are reality hacks 

rather we chose to be made fools by love  

here we are now, separated and broken 

all our promises made are now thorns 

I hope you know it’s no victor no vanquish 

and just like the movies, so we fell apart
