MY THORNY BED

 

on it I lie with ease 

my thorny bed of love 

it soothes and give me maximum comfort 

that which no other does 

my thorny bed is my comfort zone 

where I rest with ease and pride 

though my blood drops while on it 

those pains comforts my heart 

my beautiful world of pain 

garnished with love and joy 

I venture alone into this abysmal 

watch me sail away in my thoughts 

I dreamed of no other place I call home 

no other makes me rest easy 

they say home is where the heart is 

my soul is glued to this comfort forever
