proverbial love and dark emittance

a cry for help from a salient sealed lips

looks deceiving, dentition confusing 

I fool them always with my facials

my words captivating, my body decomposes internally

my emotions screaming for help 

penitentiary state, i soar with bliss

caged like a volcano 

my heart sings in soliloquy 

I waltz in pantomimes 

but everyone is visually impaired 

they see me not 

no one understands my bleeding state
