OUR LIVES IN SHAMBLES

 

different stories, different glories 

obscene moments with detrimental nemesis  

repugnant thoughts fuels our passion

we are just bitter minds with no compassion 

a waste of creativity God made 

we plunder the earth till we fade

ours is to destroy and chorus “accomplished”

it’s so tragic, we are psychotic and outlandish 

we pride always in waste and madness 

the littlest wisdom, we chose not to harness 

we ought to go and learn from the ant 

we are just sluggards, fool, bastards who rant 

our ways are deadly

we think of nothing but our bellies 

the purest love we share not 

a stupid race whose brain has gone nut 

our lives are in shambles 

we are so blind that we gamble 

if I tell you “I love you”

be careful cause you might be a fool

humanity is on the brink of extinction 

our souls will languish in condemnation 

we thought we know how to pray 

even the wisest man in death’s face is a prey
